Grovelands Advisory is led by Matt Holloway, a highly experienced leveraged finance professional with over 20 years’ experience funding and scaling multiple businesses through acquisition‑led growth.
Matt has worked closely with management teams, lenders and investors to finance buy‑and‑build strategies across a range of sectors. Having spent two decades structuring and delivering acquisition funding, he now applies those same skills to supporting CEOs with acquisition strategy, transaction execution and capital structuring.
